Blackstone LaunchPad Partners with TechCrunch
TechCrunch has partnered with Blackstone LaunchPad to provide university students with an entry point into the startup and venture capital ecosystems by way of its hallmark events. TechCrunch’s 2022 event calendar includes in-person and hybrid experiences that will feature keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities focused on best practices and how-to’s in a variety of industry verticals.
This partnership will kick off at TechCrunch Early Stage 2022, which takes place on April 14th 2022 in San Francisco, California. TechCrunch provided Blackstone LaunchPad with free and discounted tickets to share with university and college students from across the network.
Blackstone LaunchPad introduced TechCrunch to campus directors at schools along the west coast, where TechCrunch looks forward to establishing relationships with university-specific startup garages, innovation centers and entrepreneurial think tanks.
Blackstone LaunchPad makes entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial skills accessible and relevant for all college students to help them build thriving company and careers. Students learn by doing, gaining knowledge and critical skills to help them succeed as a founder or contributor to the innovation economy. The ever-expanding LaunchPad network encompasses campuses with predominantly underrepresented populations.
